Arm injuries of young baseball players has become much too commonplace. Physical fitness and arm care are imperative to keeping your arm healthy and lays the foundation for increasing your pitching velocity. This dynamic and versatile training program will help to improve a pitcher’s mobility, flexibility, strength and durability which ultimately leads to increased velocity, better command, and longevity.
Think of this as a Boot Camp for Pitchers.
